Exterior Painting

We use the best products available, including Mad Dog primer to ensure proper adhesion over bare areas. We use Quad OSI caulk, a polyurethane product that not only seals gaps to prevent water from getting in, but also holds boards, windows and doors tight to adjacent surfaces. We also use top line products such as Duration, which is twice as thick as regular paint.  While these high-quality materials may cost a little more, they are a better value in the long run because your painting job will last that much longer. 

Painting your home’s aluminum siding exterior can give it a brand new look and boost curb appeal. The first step is cleaning and prepping the aluminum using stiff-bristled brushes or aggressive power washing for particularly difficult jobs to remove dirt and mildew. Then appropriate primer and paint are applied for an instant fresh look.

An alternative to painting, this coating produces a soft white façade and refreshes worn-down brick exteriors. It also protects your bricks from the elements. Limewash is made from powdered limestone treated with heat and water, resulting in a stable product that provides a durable coating for brick. After application, some of the product is washed off to expose the underlying brick.

This process renews up your home’s worn-down and dated bricks without painting them over. It is achieved by spreading wet mortar over the bricks. The result is a charming Old World exterior siding, mimicking the look of irregular stones and heavy mortar joints, a style found in old cottages and castles throughout Germany. Mortar is available in white and gray, but color additives are available.
